What began as Andrew Peterkin Truck & Backhoe Hire back in 1996 quickly evolved into A & F Peterkin Earthmoving Pty Ltd in 2000. Now operating as AFP Civil, we are proud to have served Ballarat and communities across Victoria for nearly three decades.
Our journey has been defined by steady growth, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence. From our origins in truck and backhoe hire, we have developed into a comprehensive earthmoving and civil construction provider. Our capabilities now span small-scale block clearing through to complex projects, including subdivisions, pump stations, retention basins, pipeline construction and maintenance. More recently, we have broadened our operations to include environmental mulching and gorse control.
