What starting out as Andrew Peterkin Truck & Backhoe Hire in 1996 soon expanded to become A & F Peterkin Earthmoving Pty Ltd in 2000. We have been operating in the Ballarat and surrounding areas since, and more recently under our new logo of AFP Civil.
During our time in the earthmoving and excavation industry, we have successfully planned, organised and managed many projects, right from small block clearing to more complex construction and maintenance works including small and large subdivisions, pump stations, retention basins and more.

A&F Peterkin Earthmoving Pty Ltd is a family owned company operating since 1996. We specialise in all aspects of earthmoving and civil construction including pipeline construction and maintenance, subdivisions, storm water, retention basins, domestic and general earthworks. Our experienced team provide the best service to all our clients.
We are preferred contractors of Central Highlands Water, and CCF and VEDN accredited.
We provide a safe, clean and environmentally friendly service and are totally committed to ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every time.

OUR PROJECTS
During our time in the earthmoving and excavation industry, we have successfully carried out work for Ballarat City Council, Vic Roads and Central Highlands Water, as well as many other Government bodies. Providing pipeline construction and maintenance, road construction and maintenance, gorse and vegetation control, as well as general earthworks: from small block clearing for many private clients, to more complex work in subdivisions for land developers.
